Re: Owen King - Stockerlone - 05.02.2013 Double Feature - US PROMO TOUR http://www.owen-king.com/news/ Re: Owen King - Stockerlone - 19.06.2013 from Gauntlet Press: We're excited to be publishing a signed limited edition of the acclaimed first novel of Owen King (Stephen King's son): DOUBLE FEATURE. We’ve been in touch with Owen since his publisher agreed to terms but have only now signed a contract. Owen will be providing a slew of bonus material for both the signed numbered and lettered editions (with some material appearing ONLY in the lettered edition). He’s going to provide some material he is currently writing so this will be a truly unique collectible. His brother Joe Hill will be doing the artwork for the tipsheet for the book and will be signing ONLY the 52-copy lettered edition. We won’t have the art for another two months at which time we’ll decide if we can also offer this as a print for those purchasing the lettered edition. We are not yet taking orders, as we have yet to price the book. We will keep you informed on the progress of the book and let you know when we will begin taking orders. In Doctor Sleep Stephen King mentions Charlie Manx [the villain in Hill's book]. Do you see the further writings of Joe Hill (and maybe even those of Owen King) as an extension of the Dark Tower world? Will your sons continue the Dark Tower legacy? SK: I love my sons and I love that they are writers—I also love my daughter, who's a minister and an orchard keeper!—but I wouldn't wish the burden of Mid-World and the Dark Tower on them. I enjoy working with them, though, because we fit together. I've got something going with Owen now, and I've collaborated with Joe on two novellas, Throttle and In the Tall Grass. But when Joe and I were working on a couple of books that turned out to have similar elements (even though neither of us had read the other's work), Joe said it would be cool to throw in some connecting back story. So...we did. Think of them as Easter eggs. https://www.goodreads.com/interviews/sh ... ephen_King Re: Owen King - Stockerlone - 20.01.2015 25 Years in the Word Mines: The Best of Graham Joyce [Hardcover] by Graham Joyce 60 gbp für ein lim. |
